registration is free, you can sign up here on STOIF in 2 fast steps, all you need to is just Register. here are 2 fast steps in the registration process.
1. create your account and enter CAPTHA, create your handle/character name and your email, age and other stuff, pick your Avatar. once, that is done, you must go to Step 2:
2. check your email's inbox or spam wherever that a confirmation/activation email might have been sent to. once you find it and activate it via the code that is inside the email that was sent to you from registration process. when you activate it, you are now a new member dubbed "CADET" for the forums. you start out as CADET when you post.
that's all here it is.
please remember to ask in the Forum Requests (FR) to ask for add of your Avatar in Official forums to be used in STOIF's Avatar Selection System, (ASS) (oh the irony of name i chose) or a ask for increase of your signature count to allow you to put in more than 8 lines and 4 or 5 images etc etc. any other kinds of requests you want to see in the forums of mine i will bring it up, add to it etc etc.
if you want to join the STOI Forums to post something you want to say. you can do so by clicking register icon. and don't worry, we don't have infraction system like that on official forums. we want Players to speak something on our forums that has been bothering them. they can do that here without getting banned or getting infraction by a official mods. any threads started by players won't be merged or moderated heavily. our forums are moderated lightly as to avoid backlash as official forums that is moderated heavily and gets backlash for that. i'm just playing it safe and want STO Community's voice to be heard.
