well, First of All, This is New STO Player's Guide made for new Players who are new to Star Trek Online.
Free to Play Accounts can't be able to use Zone chat or a PM chat to non friend chat, only Local chat. but can still chat in team chat, friend chat.
only to unlock the zone chat is to play 20 hours of gameplay. in the 21 hour, it's unlocked.
remember to add and pm the person that you need help. just do that, they will help.
