This is Fleet Thief Alert Center, FTAC. FTAC tells you all who is Fleet Thief and so forth.
if He/She Has No Reasons, Put you on Ignored List etc here would be one of Following Possibility:
1. Hacked/Hijacked Account.
2. Bullied by other People.
3. Joined Rival Fleet.
4. Been a Spy for Other Fleet.
5. Part of Secret Fleets Thief Society (SFTS)
what this FTAC does, is report a player to Every Fleets. that has been accused/confirmed to be stealing from Fleets. so Fleets will be safe.
FTAC was created by Cassandra Saturn, since then, has been in use by few Fleets.
feel free to post a player's handle and name here. you are safe to post here than getting infraction on official forums.
